A posse rode in to Sandown, Isle of Wight on Friday (23rd March 07) for a weekend of stetsons, six-shooters and country music organised by the Sheriff (aka TXX Promotions Ltd).
From cowboys and Indian chieftains to saloon girls and squaws, the saloon of Sandown's Friends Hotel rocked to the sights and sounds of the Old West.
At sundown, DJ Clive Wheeler and band Kinda Country provided a fantastic range of old and new country music hits enjoyed by cowboys and indians alike.
And optional excursions were also available for those who wanted to ride out and explore the frontier during the day.
